Here are the guidelines used by The Chronicle for printing your wedding information. To insure accuracy and save phone calls, please read the information before filling out the form. Due to limited space, it is difficult to honor special requests. However, if you have a request which requires special, please submit it in writing to the News Editor.

DEADLINES: Wedding announcement must be submitted 10 days prior to the wedding to appear the Sunday folling the nuptials. All others must be submitted within 12 weeks after the wedding date. Announcements received after 12 weeks will not contain a wedding date.

Pictures: Black and white glossy pictures taken by a professional photographer reproduce best but we will accept a color snapshot or portrait. If submitting a photo from a professional photographer, you must submit the Photo Republication Notice form, completed by the studio. The couple should be facing the camera. Quality will be better with close-ups (preferably from waist up) than full body photos. Print your name and address on the back of the picture if you wish it returned.

FILLING OUT THE FORM: Please provide complete proper names of all persons mentioned, including both mothers' first names.
